Kangatraining means a total body workout while your baby can relax and enjoy being close to you. Our qualified trainers take you through a specifically designed program that focuses on restrengthening your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, as well as the correct posture while carrying your baby.
Kangatraining Kids is a unique and incredible program that has been designed and endorsed by a team of experts in child development, health, behaviour and exercise including Paediatrician, Kindergarten Teacher, Primary School Teacher, Dance Instructor, Fitness Instructor and Children’s Occupational Therapist.
There are three programs for different age groups:
Tiny (Toddlers) - workout WITH your little one
